"The sundaes and coolers here is pretty good! They have a nice variety of flavors, and the texture is creamy and smooth. Prices are bit high for the portion sizes. The shop itself is cozy,Staff are friendly, but service a bit slow. Overall, a solid spot to satisfy your ice cream cravings.

I just had the most DELICIOUSLY POLITE experience at Frozen Bottle! The service was so warm and fuzzy, I felt like I was the only customer in the world (oh wait, I was!).
▪️ Mocha Cold Coffee and Hazelnut Banana Caramel Waffle Sandwich are LOVE AT FIRST SIP/BITE! I'm obsessed! However, the waffle could use a little crunch magic.

Just visited as the 99 sale was going on. The shakes were were wattery and not thick at all. They are clearly understaffed and the tables were not clean too. I have tried their shakes on other days and it was fantastic but today it was a disappointment. The rasmalai shake had no rasmalai flavour but only sugar in it.

Today I visited because they had their milkshake carnival .. n it was so disappointing, the shake was not thick as it would usually be n the staff r less .. table was not cleaned..
So their offers r not worth a try ..
