I am a huge fan of Frozen Bottle. I have been to this outlet 2-3 times and i always order Choco Hazelnut Brownie Shake. The quality of the shake has remained consistently on all my visits, but the cleanliness has declined from my first visit to the last visit. It didnt have the kind of neatness we expect from Frozen Bottle and had a weird smell. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the service was prompt. I hope they improve the cleanliness and hygiene and make this outlet at par with other Frozen bottle outlets as soon as possible.

Enjoyed an ice cream sundae this evening at this outlet of Frozen bottle. Good ambience with sufficient seating. Kerbside parking available. Wee bit pricey for the quantity served. The ice cream was hmm.. creamy and not at all crystallized. Friendly and polite staff. Not very crowded. Got quick service.
