They have tasty food but most of the time only less than 10 items in the menu are available. I visited the place 4 or 5 times and it was the same.

I'm one of those huge fans of the Frozen bottle brand and their milkshakes for a long time. But this is my first time visiting the Kottayam branch and it wasn't for their signature milkshakes. Late ice cream cravings took us here and we went for the Belgian chocolate ice cream, Mango Boba Sundae and Choco Lava sundae. Honestly, I loved the chocolate ice cream which had pieces of chocolate in it served on a cone. The choco lava felt disappointed, I mean.. the inside gooey should flow...but they put vanilla ice cream on top of it.. and that did not help. .. the flavour of course was good but could have been better. The mango boba sorbet was honestly a weird dish, I mean, what was it? We really couldn't understand what was happening in that glass jar and it was utterly sweet... I'd avoid it!
Service was not upto the Frozen bottle standards that I've seen in other states / districs, relatively speaking, it was very poor here.
However, a cosy place, ample parking, and a must try place for their signature milkshakes!
