Also very delicious test of dessert, i was ordered Belgian chocolate chunk sundae icecream is awesome their own prepared product,

Went there after seeing some food reels on Instagram and expected to have a good experience. Also expected a big crowd, but the moment we saw the café from outside, all expectations dropped.
Inside, there was no air conditioning, only two staff members — one sitting under the only table fan, and the other using the loudest mixer (mixie) I’ve ever heard. We asked about the offer shown in the Instagram reel, but they said there wasn't any.
We checked the menu, and the prices were on the higher side. With the heat inside and no proper ventilation, we didn’t feel like staying - so we left.

Frozen Bottle is a nice spot for dessert and shake lovers, with a fun and creative menu. We visited recently and tried a couple of their signature shakes, which were rich, creamy, and packed well. The presentation was good, and the staff at the counter were polite and quick to take orders. They have a good variety of flavors, and the pricing is decent for the portion size.
However, one thing that stood out during our visit was the condition of the kitchen area. From the counter, we could get a partial view inside, and it looked a bit messy and unorganized. Cleanliness is very important, especially in places that serve cold and dairy-based items. It would really help if they paid more attention to hygiene and kept the preparation area tidier. A clean and well-maintained kitchen builds more trust with customers and makes the whole experience better.
Overall, the taste was satisfying and the menu is fun to explore, but we hope they take better care of the hygiene in the kitchen. With just a little more attention to cleanliness, Frozen Bottle could offer a much more pleasant and confident customer experience.

Both ACs were not working, making it impossible to stay inside—I had to wait outside until my order was ready. The wait was long just to get two blueberry mocktails. Delays like this are common; I've experienced the same issue when ordering through Swiggy. That said, the items I had were good .
