I had a fantastic experience visiting this spot! The food was absolutely delicious, but the real standout for me was the shake—it is a definite must-try and one of the best I’ve had. The ambiance is lovely and creates a really relaxing vibe for dining.
What truly makes this place special, however, is the service. The staff is wonderful, but a huge shout-out goes to Samson. He was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect for us. I highly recommend this place for the great vibes and excellent service!"

I visited Frozen Bottle recently and tried their Dark Temptation Sundae. It was really good , chocolatey, and really tasty. If you're someone who enjoys desserts with a strong chocolate flavor, this one won’t disappoint.
When I went, the place was really empty, so it was peaceful and I didn’t have to wait long. It’s a small but clean spot, and the atmosphere was calm. The staff there were friendly and polite.
I did find the prices a bit high. Most of the items on the menu are expensive, especially for the portion sizes. It’s more of a place you'd visit once in a while as a treat, rather than something regular.

Frozen Bottle has always delivered when it comes to taste. I’ve tried their shakes and waffles, and both have consistently been of great quality. Their drinks are rich and flavorful, and the signature bottles they serve them in add a nice premium touch.
However, one suggestion I'd like to make is regarding the pricing. Whether you dine in or take away, the drinks come in the same bottles, but the overall cost feels a bit on the higher side. Two shakes usually cost me around ₹500, which can be a bit steep for regular visits. If there were some pricing options or offers to make it more affordable, it could help attract more customers.
Overall, great taste and presentation—just hoping for a bit more value for money.

We tried KitKat Oreo shake and chocolate brownie Boba ice cream. The taste was pretty good. The loser for me was that only shakes and ice creams were available. Only large size shakes were available simply because they didn’t have smaller bottles. The staff had a negative attitude telling first up about what is not there than what they have.
