This modest-sized and quiet dessert shop specializes in thick shakes, ice cream, sundaes, and bubble teas/popping boba mocktails. We ordered a strawberry bubble tea, and two sundaes: a strawberry cheesecake swirl sundae and an espresso mocha sundae. The sundaes, it turned out, were ready frozen in closed jars, so these lacked the freshness and textures of a made-from scratch sundae. Flavours were okay, not great.
My daughter, who loves bubble and boba drinks, didn't like the strawberry bubble tea. The flavour tasted rancid, though the bubbles were okay.
Overall, quite average. At Rs 452, this wasn't really worth it.

Visited Frozen Bottle Café to celebrate our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience 💕✨ The ambiance was beautiful, desserts were delicious, and everything was perfectly presented. The staff was polite and cooperative. It made our anniversary even more special. Highly recommended

The drink I ordered was delicious and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and the lady who served me was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, they didn’t have change for cash payments, and the electricity went out for about 40 minutes, which affected the overall experience. Still, it’s a nice place with good service

Had an amazing experience at Frozen Bottle! The ambience was great, and the shakes were absolutely delicious... perfectly blended and refreshing. A special mention to Varad Jaiswal, who was extremely polite, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. His friendly attitude and quick service made the visit even better. Highly recommend visiting this outlet... great taste and even better staff! 💯🍫🥤

Visited Frozen Bottle for a Caramel Kitkat Milkshake, and it was just okay. The flavor was decent, but didn't quite meet my expectations. What really disappointed me was the service time - it took way too long to get my order. Maybe they were short-staffed or had a backlog, but it's something they'd do well to work on.

The place is amazing. Offers a great variety of products and price was quite reasonable. Theres absolutely no cheating. The place is small though and they have limited seating. But it is all worth it :)
