I recently visited a store where I encountered Mr Aahan, who seemed very unhappy while serving customers. It was evident from his demeanor that he was not enjoying his job. I couldn't help but wonder if everything was okay at his end.
Unfortunately, his mood reflected in his customer service as well. The order process was slow and the service was lackluster. It was a disappointing experience overall.
I hope that Mr Aahan is able to find joy in his work or resolve any issues he may be facing so that customers can have a more pleasant experience

I like their hot chocolate fudge. But everytime I order it in the night time from their Lokhandwala branch, it comes completed melted. All the ingredients are mixed with each other. What is the point?? There is no fun in eating ice cream even after freezing it cuz it’s all melted then. Most ice cream places send with an ice box or dry ice so it doesnt melt. In a city like Bombay I think it’s important to do that.

Specially in mumbai summers the Boba coolers are the best fit.🔥🧋
