The ambience at this Frozen Bottle outlet was actually quite nice and comfortable, but I feel the service and cleanliness could really use some improvement. When we sat down, there were used tissues from previous customers still on the tables, which didn’t leave the best first impression. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming either they were mostly chatting among themselves. What stood out the most was that the person at the counter was watching a movie with earphones in, which made it feel like customers weren’t the priority. Overall, the experience came across as a bit unprofessional. With a little more focus on cleanliness and customer service, this place could be so much better.
