Entirely opposite experience from Frozen Bottle Kakkanad, where the staff's behavior was wonderful and nearly all the items were available. It was a pleasant surprise and I'm grateful for the positive experience.

Update4 days later : all of the flavors of ice cream are officially amazing ! 550m walk from pulinochodu metro station... WORTH IT! The caramel nut flavor was just like dulce de leche from Argentina!😍😍❤️

The unsung heroes of Frozen Bottle—their service—is top-notch. The staff members are like wizards behind the counter, conjuring up delightful concoctions with a sprinkle of magic and a generous serving of smiles.
Although some favorites have been removed from the menu, the addition of new options keeps the experience fresh and exciting. I had a flight to catch, and Frozen Bottle had my order ready in just 5 minutes, and it was delicious!

No drawbacks, a shop just for shakes and desserts.i order quite a few varieties and kit kat shake and lotus biscoff was my favorite. The ingredients used are very good quality and we can feel the quality used.price to quality ratio is really great
