Undoubtedly the shakes and sundaes were really good. But literally suffered to wash hand since we had extremely chocolaty waffles. Rest all was top notch. Would be great if they could arrange a small wash area

After visiting Frozen Bottles in Ananthanagara E City Phase 2, I was left with mixed feelings about the overall experience. The presentation of their desserts and beverages was quite appealing with attractive plating and vibrant colors that made for Instagram-worthy photos.
Unfortunately, the taste didn't quite match the visual appeal. The flavors were average at best, lacking the wow factor one would expect from a specialty dessert place. What was particularly disappointing was the portion size - significantly smaller than what you'd find at similar establishments in the area.
The pricing is another concern. Frozen Bottles charges premium rates that simply aren't justified by either the quantity or quality of what's served. When comparing to other dessert options in the locality, you're definitely paying more for less here.
The ambiance leaves much to be desired. The absence of air conditioning makes for an uncomfortable dining experience, especially given Bangalore's weather. The humidity inside the shop was noticeable and detracted from enjoying the desserts. The seating area is cramped, feeling congested even with just a few customers present.
Cleanliness standards need improvement as well. During my visit, several tables hadn't been wiped down despite being vacated, which doesn't inspire confidence.
If Frozen Bottles wants to compete effectively in this neighborhood, they should consider adjusting their pricing to match portion sizes, investing in proper climate control, maintaining better cleanliness, and most importantly, enhancing the flavor profiles of their offerings.
